In a time-domain low coherence interferometer, it is possible to control the sampling with high precision by monitoring the sweeping distance of the mirror with a single wavelength laser, and tomographic spectroscopy system capable of measuring spectroscopic information distributed in the depth direction of the sample with high accuracy Was examined. In this paper, as a result of experiments on absorbed samples, we have reported dramatic improvements in frequency accuracy.
