[19p-438-19] Study on Temperature Compensation Method in Refractive Index Measurement using SOI Photodiode with Surface Plasmon Antenna

We have already proposed a optical biosensor based on refractive index measurement using SOI (silicon-on-insulator) diode with surface plasmon (SP) antenna. The performance comparable with surface plasmon resonance (SPR) sensor could be obtained, but the signal drift in the sensorgram appears in the measurement including the sucrose solutions with low concentration. In this report, we focus on the temperature dependence of refractive index, and the method of temperature compensation is studied.
