Keywords:Spectroscopy

In this study, we analyzed the effect of green tea cultivation methods on leaves using multimodal spectroscopic measurement. Raman spectroscopic measurements, autofluorescence spectroscopy measurements and reflectance spectroscopic measurements of tea leaves were performed, and the spectra were compared. We found spectral differances of the tea leaves that cultivated by these methods. As a result, we succeeded the characterization of the green tea cultivation methods in terms of spectral features of tea leaves.
