English is the worldwide common human language. However, English becomes a big barrier to scientists of Japanese native speakers. The basis of science is mathematics. The positions used for mathematical consideration are different from those for human language in a brain. Namely, when ultimate performances are requested, the relation between science by profession and English is a trade-off relation. The people of mathematical ability are usually good at programming. Computer languages are worldwide common languages. Then, this paper proposes a computer language as a means of understanding communication.
