We have developed a hybrid plasmonic Bragg grating with an optical waveguide as an input / output port. The hybrid plasmonic Bragg grating can be enhanced its affinity with optical circuits. In this research, we have evaluated by numerical simulation about the structure we developed, and have fabricated and evaluated a part of the structure.
