The grain size, especially the nanosized region, is an important factor for the thermoelectric materials. It is significantly difiicult to fabricate the thermoelectric materials with very small grains which are comparable with the size of unit cell. Therefore, we estimated the electronic transport properties of Bi2Te3 thin films with minimum grain size based on experimental results and first-principles calculation.
