[19p-PA9-7] End process of a Sensitized Thermal Cell

We are investigating sensitization type thermal energy conversion which imitates a sensitized solar cell and produces electrons with thermal energy. In this system, thermally excited charge carriers in the semiconductor are used instead of photoexcited charge carriers. Although this system has already confirmed power generation in some materials, it is often compared with perpetual institutions because "cooling unit is not required". In this presentation we will report on how the STC terminates power generation.
