[19p-PB1-11] Effect of NiO nanoparticles formed on TiO₂ thin film on photocatalytic properties

We have prepared the TiO2-related p-n junction with NiO nanoparticle by RF magnetron sputtering in order to prevent the recombination of electron. Furthermore, we also studied the hydrogen generation efficiency by I-V characterization.
