太陽電池モジュールの生涯発電量の推定に向けて、屋外に設置した化合物系（CIGSやCdTe）薄膜太陽電池モジュールを定期的に取り外し、ソーラーシミュレータを用いたSTCでの室内測定により劣化特性と発電量の相関を調べたので報告する。
