We developed a CMOS optical power receiver chip. Aims for optogenetic stimulation and IoT devices. The chip was designed to drive an InGaN blue LED. To realize the PV current generation, we used Bosch process to separate the PV cells on the chip. We confirmed the expected functionality, and realized the ultra-small implantable device. Then the next-generation CMOS chip be integrated with regulated LED current for well-controlled operation.
