X-ray fluorescence holography (XFH) is a powerful technique that can visualize 3D atomic images of local structures around specific elements within a range of several nanometers. Therefore, we have revealed local structures of many functional materials. Pb(ZrxTi1-x)O3 (PZT) is a technologically important compound due to its superior dielectric and piezoelectric properties and extremely wide fields of application. PZT shows several macroscopic phase transitions under the different compositions. We carried on the study of the local structural investigation XFH. In the measurement, all the three elements (A-site Pb and B-site Zr/Ti) were chosen as the emitter atoms for attaining holograms using the beamline BL22XU at the Spring8 synchrotron radiation facility. In our research, we focus on local structure analysis in the composition of PbZr0.7Ti0.3O3 by XFH.
