Lead-based ferroelectric materials have been widely used for electronic devices owing to their excellent ferroelectric properties, but in recent years non-lead materials have attracted attention as an alternative material from the viewpoint of environmental problems.Therefore, in this study, KNbO3 and KTaO3 were dissolved in 0.4Bi0.5K0.5TiO3 - 0.6BiFeO3 (BKTBF) to prepare samples in which CuO, MnO2 and Bi2O3 sintering additives were added, and relation between ferroelectric properties, crystal and electronic structures were investigated.
