[20a-231C-1] Quantum Liberated Electrons - Carrier Generation and Recombination in Organic Single Crystals

Masahiro Hiramoto1 (1.IMS)

Keywords:quantum liberated electrons, molecular crystals, degree of delocalization

For the molecular crystals, degree of delocalization between electrons localized in a molecule and electrons delocalized over a lot of molecules can be tuned. We call these electrons as “quantum liberated electrons”. Quantum liberated electrons possess the unknown physical properties and electronic functions. In this talk, the concept of quantum liberated electrons is discussed including the results on carrier generation and recombination in molecular crystals.
