We have experimentally shown that an electrically driven organic semiconductor laser (el-OSCL) can be realized in field effect transistor (FET) structure. Importantly, both nonlinear increase in emission intensity and spectrum narrowing in emission can be observed when a sufficient number of photons are generated inside a resonator above the threshold of injected current. In this symposium, we will discuss the status of el-OSCL based on the optical measurements.
