Keywords:thermal conductivity, carbon-nanotube, composite material

We have workedevaluated on the thermal conductivity evaluation of the carbon nanotube (CNT) yarns using the 3ω method for the isolated wires, and we found that CNT/ polymer composite yarns might getshow extremely large thermal conductivity more than several hundreds of W/mK. Here Wwe proceedconfirmed the reliability evaluation of the measurements by this evaluation method., and report thate a method to raise the reliability of thermal conductivity measurements, in addition the influence of the kind of the dispersant, the quantity and the kind of the binder polymer added in the raw materials, and defect quantity, orand the orientation of CNT chains on the thermal conductivity of yarns.
