[20a-432-1] Ultrafast Charge Separation at the Inferface of Lead Halide Perovskite and Hole Transport Layer
Keywords:lead halide perovskite, hole transport materials, carrier dynamics
We investigate the carrier dynamics at the interface of a lead halide perovskite film with three different hole transport materials. We measure transient transmission either on the interface side or the back side of the perovskite film, and extract the hole injection dynamics by taking the difference signal. The results reveal ultrafast hole injection to PTAA and PEDOT:PSS within 1-2 ps, whereas that to NiO is slower by an order of magnitude.
