In recent years, Sn-based perovskite solar cells, which are said to have less environmental load than lead, have attracted attention.
However, high performance has yet to be obtained. In addition to Sn, Ge attracts attention, so Sn-Ge perovskite solar cells are being studied in our laboratory. Among them, because there is a report example using GeI 2, I have prepared the solar cell using GeI 4 and evaluated the solar cell characteristics. Based on the results, improvement of solar cell characteristics was confirmed.
