Adsorption and recovery technology of Cs+ ions in aqueous solution have been developed by using the hydrogel of poly(2-acrylamido-2-methyl-1-propanesulfonic acid), abbreviated as PAMPS. The optimization for the degree of cross-linking in the PAMPS hydrogel was explored to recover higher Cs+ ions from the CsCl solution.
