[20a-PB5-10] Mode locking of fiber lasers using patterned graphene on SiN waveguides

We show our results on the mode locking properties of patterned graphene on SiN waveguides, integrated into a erbium-doped fiber laser cavity. We fabricated the waveguides, transferred and patterened graphene into three different lengths and observed ps pulses. We hope our results will inspire future work in miniaturizing laser cavities.
