Magnetic skyrmion gathers a gread deal of attention as a new tool for spintronic information processing, such as a race track memory and logic devices. As a novel approach, Browninan computing operated by thermally-activated random walk of skyrmion is recently proposed. In this work, we observed the Brownian motion of skyrmion formed in W/FeB/Ir/MgO structure at room temperature. In addition, we successfully demonstrated the electrical control of diffusion length of Brownian motion by voltage applications.
