Internal quantum efficiency of a conventional monocrystalline silicon Al-BSF and a PERC were mapped with excitation spots with diameter of 0.2 mm measuring total reflection using an integration sphere which nearly totally cover the samples. IQE of PERC lowered by 3 % on the local Al-BSF on the rear surface and analyzed that the local Al-BSF region approximately contributed to 3 mV lowering of open-circuit voltage of the PERC.
