我々は安価なYBCO線材の構造として、{100}<001>集合組織を有するCuテープ上に導電性中間層、YBCO層を順にエピタキシャル成長させる構造を検討している。この線材構造では、YBCOの超伝導が破れた際、電流は導電性中間層を通ってCuテープに回避するため、Cuテープが安定化層としても働くことが期待できる。本研究では、新規導電性中間層としてDyドープSrTiO₃の可能性についての検討を行った。
