From a practical application point of view, Flexible display has been studied by many researchers. And it’s substrate materials also have been developed. As a candidates for display substrate, We compared properties of thin glass, SUS and polymer films.
Polyimide film is especially used because of it’s heat resistance, light weight and durability. We will introduce how to use these materials in device procedure.
