We focus on a photonic crystal as the platform of terahertz integrated systems. So far, we have developed various devices based on the photonic crystal at 0.3 THz-band. In this study, we report on the design, fabrication and measurement of low-loss photonic-crystal waveguides at 1 THz-band.
