Recently, the technology of terahertz imaging is focused on, so we need higher sensitivity terahertz detectors. We produce the detectors by applying P-N junction on Single-Walled Carbon Nanotube, on the basis of Photovoltaic effect. In this study, we successed to produce high sensitivity terahertz detectors with multiple P-N junctions.
