[20p-224A-2] Excitation wavelength dependence of nonlinearities in NLO polymer/Au nanoparticle hybrid system

We will present excitation wavelength dependencies of second harmonic generation (SHG) in NLO polymer/Au nanoprism hybrid system. The present studies found that the highest SHG signals was obtained at two-photon absorption peak wavelengths of the NLO polymer rather than SP resonance wavelength. The results indicated that the enhanced nonlinearities were attributed to the two-photon resonance excitation to the NLO polymers in addition to the field enhancements to the SP resonances.
