[20p-225B-1] Structual analysis by state-of-the-art cryoEM

Recently, the resolution of structural analysis by electron cryomicroscope has dramatically improved, and it is no longer inferior to X-ray. We developed an electron cryomicroscope that enables further high resolution structural analysis with JEOL. In order to evaluate the performance of this state-of-the-art electron cryomicroscope, structural analysis of protein was carried out using the images recorded by fully automatic. Then we demonstrated that it has the highest performance as a 200 kV electron cryomicroscope in the world.
