Acoustoelectric current (IA) is excited when surface acoustic wave (SAW) propagates in graphene. In this research, we have developed graphene-based SAW (GSAW) sensors using IA. We have demonstrated that GSAW sensor detects electrical charges and mass loading simultaneously by introducing amino-group modified microbeads to the GSAW sensor. This result will be applied to specific detection of biomolecules without modifying receptors on graphene.
