Preparation of organic-inorganic hybrid thin film by Sol-Gel method requires a high temperature heat treatment, there is a problem that the fabricated element is separated into a layer of organic and inorganic remains. Therefore, it was subjected to ultraviolet irradiation in a state where the sample was submerged in the water, and the research aimed at improving the Sol-gel reaction rate and the promotion of hydrolysis. The result hydrolysis proceeds in about 3 minutes, it was possible to significantly shorten the time.
