[20p-PA2-24] Fabrication technology of microfluidic channels using cross diffusion under photo-polymerization II

We propose an approach to fabricating microfluidic cells using the cross-diffusion of photo-polymer material during the photo-polymerization. In this study, we investigated the optimized conditions for the initial polymer-layer thickness, viscosity, and exposure time to ultra violet light. As a result, the formation of relatively-deep micro-channel (approximately 40 µm) could be confirmed, resulting in the proposed microfluidic cells.
