[20p-PA2-31] Noise in Polymer Transistor and its Effect on Stochastic Resonance

Yoshiharu Suzuki1, Naoki Asakawa1 (1.Gunma Univ.)

Keywords:organic field effect transistor, stochastic resonance, conductive polymer

In nonlinear systems, such as transistors, noise may increase performance of the systems, which is phenomenon called stochastic resonance. We have focused on polymer transistors to cause such a noise induced phenomenon. Here, we investigated characteristics of the noise in the fabricated polymer transistor, and behavior of stochastic resonance in a system with this as internal noise.
