Organic diodes are expected to be utilized for radio frequency communication of 13.56 MHz. In this report, we investigated the electric characteristics of organic diodes made from three kinds of polymer semiconductors with a variety of thicknesses, 57 nm - 210 nm. Moreover, the effect of semiconductor thickness on the performance of half-wave rectifiers was investigated.
