[20p-PA4-3] Development of multi-sensing parallel plate electrodes for electrochemical impedance spectoscopy
Keywords:Biosensor, Electrochemical Impedance Spectroscopy, Parallel Plate Electrodes
We developed a biosensor having better reproducibility than conventional interdegitated electrodes for electrochemical impedance spectroscopy. The biosensor consists of two parallel plate electrodes separated with micro-scale gap. In this presentation, we report a newly developed multi-sensing substrate with parallel plate electrodes. By using the substrate, we proposed a differential measurement scheme which can eliminate variation in the sensor caused by nonspecific adsorption.
