Gas-liquid slug flow with discharge plasma at a gas-liquid interface was employed as a new plasma process and applied for the formation of Ag nanoparticles in this work. Nanoparticles formed in He plasma compared with in Ar plasma were uniform and small. It is suggested that the amount of H radical produced in plasma reaction field is responsible for the difference.
