Keywords:microchannel, in-liquid plasma

We aimed to fabricate a microchannel device which generates in-liquid plasma by microchannel device and in situ analysis of cell response to active species in liquid. In order to clarify discharge characteristics of in-liquid plasma, solution conductivity dependence of emission intensity was measured. Conductivity was adjusted in the range of 1.2 to 18.7 mS / cm, and emission of in-liquid plasma was measured with the magnetic pulse compression circuit set at a voltage of 10 kV and a frequency of 250 Hz. When conductivity was increased, emission intensity of Hα, O increased and peaked at a conductivity of 5 mS / cm.
