[20p-PB1-5] Effect of Post-annealing temperature and time in BaTiO3-Bi(Mg1/2Ti1/2)O3-BiFeO3 piezoelectric ceramics

The BiFeO3-based lead free piezoelectric ceramics are expected as new candidate cause by their high Curie temeperature above 400oC. However, this ceramics has a serious problem such as the presence of charged defects. they can be created the form of defect dipoles that seriously affect the electrical properties. but this problem can by solved by quenching process. in this work, not only the effect of quenching process but also the effect of post-annealing temeperature and keeping time were investigated for BaTiO3-Bi(Mg1/2Ti1/2)O3-BiFeO3 piezoelectric ceramics.
