[20p-PB2-12] Preparation of Alloyed ZnS-CuInS2 quantum dots by hydrothermal method

(ZnS)x(CuInS2)1-x QDs were prepared by a hydrothermal method. From the result of X-ray structural analysis of the prepared samples, it was confirmed that the alloy composition can be controlled by the mixing ratio of the precursor solutions of ZnS and CuInS2. We succeeded in continuously changing the PL-peak energy from 1.55 eV to 2.17eV (570~800nm) by adjusting the mixing ratio.
