The series and parallel (shunt) resistances are important parameters for solar cell. In the study of organic and perovskite solar cell, these values estimated from the reciprocal slopes of the current-voltage characteristics (dV/dI) at open- and short-circuit conditions are frequently reported. Here, the error between the estimated values and the values in the one-diode equivalent circuit is studied by the expression of dV/dI using Roberts g-function..
