Recently, Ag-Bi based materials are showing much interest as a low-toxic and inexpensive lead free material to substitute for lead halide perovskite. Although, the most preferred composition of the ratio of Ag/Bi is not studied well. In this research, the ratio was screened by time-resolved microwave conductivity (TRMC) to study optimum composition. Subsequently, we fabricated solar cells to investigate the relation between TRMC signal and device performance, resulting in same trend. To clarify the obtained results, the crystal structure and morphological change were carefully investigated. We also report on the effect of solvent and additives on device performance.
