In this study, phosphorus was added into silicon nanoparticles (SiNPs) and the effect of phosphorus addition on solar cell performance is investigated. In this presentation, in addition to the effect of phosphorus addition in solar cell performance, we report the influence of resistivity of Si substrate used as base substrate.
