[20p-PB5-71] High resolution radiation imaging with Kr and Xe gas

In this study, we demonstrate radiation imaging performance of our digital gas detector based imager with a combination of various gas (Ar/CF₄, Kr/CF₄, Xe/CF₄). The imaging system shows high contrast radiograph for elements with low atomic numbers. In addition, high spatial resolution and high speed image forming is demonstrated with taking X-ray movies in 10 ms integration time.
