We have investigated a method to estimate the concentration change of glucose from the phase change of transmitted light using optical heterodyne detection method. In this report, we report the phase shift of the transmitted light with respect to the glucose concentration change by applying this method under the condition that the scattering coefficient fluctuates and the change of the light intensity.
