Now that room temparature operation type of devices are required for realization of application of Terahertz imaging in various fields, we have succeeded to detect THz response in room temparature with single-walled Carbon Nanotube(SWNT) Films and inspection of gas pipes in infrastructure utilizing flexibility of SWNT films is expected. Especially since water shows absorption peak in THz, we succeeded in mist detection by THz response measurements of SWNT device this time as an initial experiment for gas detection. So I would like to report this results.
