In this research, we aimed to observe the behavior of the single C60 molecule in the single molecular junction. We fabricate the gold electrode utilizing electron beam lithography and lift-off process. Modified mechanically controllable break junction technique enabled to fabricate the C60 single molecular junction. We measured the surface enhanced Raman scattering (SERS) spectra and current-voltage (I-V) response of the single molecular junction. I-V response combined with SERS has revealed C60 molecular junction has two bridging structure which is identified by the difference in the electric coupling between C60 and gold. Using simultaneous measurement of I-V and SERS, we observed the transition of the two conductance states at room temperature.
