[21a-311-12] Characterization of Electrochemical Doping of Monolayer Graphene in Aqueous Electrolyte Solution

Detail mechanism of electrochemical doping of monolayer graphene/Au(111) was characterized. Electrochemical Raman spectroscopy analysis showed that rapid electron doping to graphene was clearly observed at certain negative potential. The result is suggested to be attributed to specific adsorption of hydrated cation on the graphene surface.
