[21a-432-11] Observation of Change of Electron Affinity of TiO2 by EUPS

Observation of conduction band is difficult because because of un-occupied states.We showed that information on electron affinity can be obtained from spectral shape of secondary electrons.We have already reported that resistivity of TiO2 powder changes by surface treatment. In this paper, we report that the electron affinity also changed when resistivity changed.
