[21a-CE-9] Radio-frequency reflectometry on an undoped Si quantum dot

Silicon quantum dots (QDs) are promising candidates for integrated qubits because
of its long coherence time and compatibility with conventional silicon device fabrication
technologies. Especially undoped quantum dot cannot suffer from charge noise compared to the modulation doped structure. In this work, we used rf reflectometry in an undoped quantum dot.
