Coherent optical spectroscopy has attracted attention as a method of observing the quantum state of electrons and atoms. We conducted a pump pump and probe technique using near infrared femtosecond phase locked pulses. The delay time of two pump pulses with the fixed relative phase was changed by 27 fs. The sample was irradiated with probe pulse with a delay time of 130 after the second pump pulse. The amplitude and phase of the spectrum were measured by measuring the reflected probe pulse using a spectroscope
