A multi-framing image sensor operating at 10 ns (equivalent to 100 Mfps) is developed. The frame count and the pixel count are respectively 5 frame and 600 kpixels or 10 frames with 300 kpixels. The sensor captured flying light for the first time as a silicon image sensor.
