Locarized terahertz waves were emitted on various dimensions of capillaries by using near-field THz system for emitters. Since THz waves were diffused after irradiation and partly went around the capillary, the time waveform seemed to be complex. The waves going through the capillary could be distinguished those around the capillary on the time waveform. Calibration curves were obtained for the solutions of acetic acid and propionic acid.
